Mr. Sinha wields wide-ranging transactional experience to develop financing solutions in the power and alternative energy sectors. Rounding out the Marathon Capital team, Mr. Stefani specializes in delivering capital markets solutions and strategic advisory services to clients across the global energy and infrastructure markets. Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Mr. Sinha was a Vice President at JPMorgan working in the Power, Utilities, and Alternative Energy investment banking group. He worked on several significant wind financing and wind M&A transactions as well as various deals in the utility sector, with independent power producers (IPP), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and local gas distribution companies (LDC). Mr. Stefani, like Mr. Sinha, brings years of energy industry experience to his new position at Marathon Capital. Before signing on with the energy investment bank, Mr. Stefani was a Vice President within the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Early in his tenure at Citigroup, Stefani worked within the Energy Group where he advised oil & gas clients on debt capital markets transactions.
