Marathon Capital welcomes Bryan Fennell

CHICAGO, IL — July 24, 2013 — Marathon Capital welcomes Bryan Fennell as Managing Director. He will focus on developing client relationships and strategic initiatives for the firm, building on his numerous industry relationships and experience in the power sector.

Bryan Fennell joins Marathon Capital from NextEra Energy Resources, where he was most recently Vice President, Development, responsible for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining NextEra, Fennell was a senior banker for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and New Harbor, Inc., where he led a number of utility and independent power transactions. Fennell began his career as project developer for Enserch Development Corporation and later, at PSEG Global.
